Verdict

Willie Mullins has won the last two of these and DARING CARLOTTA can make it a ha-trick for both her and the stable. She's looked a very smart prospect in both races at Clonmel and Killarney though she'll need to prove herself in what is a better than average bumper. There's a line of form which suggests Behana should easily have her measure and she finally came good at Galway though the selection looks easily the more progressive of the pair. Double Speak has progressed with every run and there was much to like about his all-the-way success at Killarney while Oiche Maith produced an incredible 20l victory when stepped up to 2m4f at Kilbeggan and a strong pace would play to his strengths. Winning point-to-pointer Port Rock ran poorly at Galway after a very promising run behind the unbeaten Morning Run at Down Royal.
