BURNING SWORD made such a bright start when runner-up to the short-priced Massayan at Galway last week that it will take a very good performance to prevent him going one better, especially as the third placed was six lengths behind. Dermot Weld trains the winner and is responsible here for the newcomer Aydoun, a half-brother to five middle-distance and hurdles winners. Princely Conn is a winning bumper and hurdler who reserved the best run of his career for the Galway Hurdle in July where he finished a very close third behind Clondaw Warrior, though he was beaten eight lengths when runner-up on the Flat in July. Train Time will improve from her run at Killarney and should win races soon though, like Endless River, probably over hurdles.
