In depth

Verdict

Esteem Machine is given one last chance to get his head in front with , Doyles Lodge and Wahhaj rating the main dangers. The selection has been in good form of late without winning, but a reproduction of his latest second behind Persian Dream sets the standard. He was only caught in the last stride on that occasion and if ridden with slightly more restraint he will be hard to beat. Doyles Lodge rates the main danger on his best form. However he disappointed last time out but he could improve for the fitting of a first-time visor and he should be watched in the market. Wahhaj is a well-bred colt by Muhtarram and will not need to be anything special to take a hand in the finish so he should be watched in the market. However, Esteem Machine sets a fair standard and he gets our vote.
