Verdict

A penalty has proved no barrier to success in this mares' hurdle in the past and DOWN ACE is expected to encounter few problems following up an impressive maiden success at Towcester. She was a smart bumper horse and looks a nice prospect. Revaader has been placed in four of her 11 career starts but hasn't raced since being well beaten at Newton Abbot in June. Perhaps Sudden Wish will be the one for forecast-backers if she settles a bit better than she did when fourth at Plumpton.
