On official ratings on the all-weather Traphalgar is the one to beat, but in two starts this year over similar trips he has looked entirely opposable. Former Italian performer Mezarat had a decent record on artificial surfaces on the Continent, but he hasn't quite grasped the game on this side of the water just yet. Although he is included in calculations and on the pick of his form a tempting option, the marginal call goes the way of WYETH. The selection has won here twice before and although he pulled up in his last start over timber after a year and a half away from racing, back on the level on a surface he enjoys, we'll take a chance that he can get back to winning ways. Robby Bobby won off a mark of 89 over course and distance last year and on that sort of form looks very feasibly weighted. However, he could hardly perform in his last two starts and this remains a concern.
