Shifting Star may be 11 next birthday but remains a really consistent performer and rates a player despite a 2lb rise for a short head defeat last time. He's the obvious each-way play at the likely prices but BAILEYS EN PREMIER has landed three of his last five starts and didn't run at all badly when fourth in a Newmarket apprentice handicap latest. Down in grade and with George Baker booked, he makes most appeal off a 2lb higher mark. Last year's winner, Hawk Moth, is exposed at this level but then so are all the others and he comes here in good form. Luke Morris is booked and he looks the main danger to the selection.
