    SHANNON HAVEN caught Plough Boy on the line to dead-heat for first over course and distance last time. With the principal opposition unproven over the distance, he can go in again. Duly Acclaimed is getting closer without threatening the winner with her latest effort coming over 7f and Ventura Reef's best effort so far came over the same trip. Flying Kite went close over a mile at Kempton on his penultimate start but reverted to his old self when well beaten at the same track last time.
