In depth

Verdict

Most of these have been competing against one another over the winter with the exception of Pirate King though he still has a shout on collateral form having won over track and trip last month. Furzig finished only a neck in front of previous winner Entangling when scoring here earlier though has subsequently found Petite Jack too good. But the latter had earlier finished behind CLIFFS OF DOONEEN when Ralph Beckett’s charge was second over course and distance on his first outing since May. He should be sharper today and gets the vote to edge a tight contest. Both Busy Street and Exceeding Power have something to find with a couple of these.
