    Verdict

Warden Complex showed enough on his racecourse debut to suggest he can take a race of this nature, and he should beat Deign To Dance and Ifteradh. James Fanshawe's gelding finished a gallant third to Michael Stoute's Almuraad at Leicester back in September. He was only beaten three lengths, and the form of the race has been franked on numerous occasions. Deign To Dance has the best turf form on show, having finished runner up at Bath and Goodwood. He contested a B class nursery on his final outing, and although out classed in that contest, he still merits every respect against these rivals. The dark horse in the line-up is the newcomer Ifteradh, he is perfectly bred for this seven furlong trip and hails from a shrewd Newmarket yard, any market move for this one should be taken seriously. Of the rest Instructor, trained by Richard Hannon, showed plenty of ability in his first season and should be in the shake up, however Warden Complex has more scope and is taken to oblige.
