A surprisingly high calibre turnout for this race and MUTAMARED is our pick on this occasion with Excusez Moi and Electric Warrior the others to make appeal. Kevin Ryan's charge seems to have found his niche in plating company and this is an attempt at a fourth success on the bounce. If he stays seven, he is in the form to win it. Excusez Moi was once useful when trained by Clive Brittain. He has shown little for Ruth Carr and his BHA rating might be a little hopeful nowadays. Electric Warrior is a course specialist and he made no mistake when landing a gamble in December. Desert Dreamer is workmanlike but faces a stronger examination against this level of opposition. Tous Les Deux ran a stormer behind the progressive Titan Triumph over a mile and wasn't that far away over course-and-distance last week. C'Mon You Irons and Northern Desert have been in fair nick of late though both have posted successes against much poorer opposition. MUTAMARED appears the pick on recent form.
