      Verdict

      Spiritofthenorth went backwards last year having made a promising start at Pontefract while Captain St Lucifer is dropped down in trip on the back of a debut third at Wolverhampton. Wise Eagle could go well having shown some promise over track and trip last month but is conceding plenty of weight to the filly GLITTER QUEEN. The latter looks sure to appreciate this extra distance after placing over 7f at Kempton on her introduction and Marco Botti’s charge may be the one to side with. Mesmeric and Tepui look nothing special on breeding though both represent in-form yards.
