In depth

Verdict

Sweet And Dandy is penalised for last month’s course and distance success though Rossa Ryan’s allowance helps on that score. Heptathlete made a promising start when a close-up fourth over 7f at Kempton but that was back in September and MIGHTY MAC (NAP) is preferred. He wasn’t beaten far behind Sweet And Dandy here on his comeback and Ralph Beckett’s charge can turn the tables on slightly better terms. Haverland may prove best of the rest with his stable in decent form.
