In depth

Verdict

Petite Power was an easy winner over hurdles at Bangor last week and can race off the same mark on his fencing bow. Already successful between the flags, Fergal O’Brien’s charge has to go on the short-list. Top And Drop has been knocking on the door over timber but is less well treated. Coole Charmer ran his best race over fences so far last month at Bangor while Remember Forever was successful over course and distance last month. ON THE ROAD (NAP) was possibly a shade unlucky against Truckers Glory at Bangor last week. The pair finished well clear and Evan Williams’ charge can go one better today. Better Days won over track and trip last month but then disappointed when favourite at Huntingdon on Boxing Day.
