In depth

Verdict

CODA AGENCY could represent a little value and is taken to get the better of Quinte Du Chatelet and Callerlilly. David Arbuthnot's charge has only ever won at Towcester over obstacles but he could be worth chancing here. He has slipped back down to a competitive mark, handles the conditions and ran well on the all-weather just over a fortnight ago whilst Murphy partnered him to success on the only other occasion that he's ridden him. Quinte Du Chatelet is at his best when the mud is flying and he stayed on dourly to record a comfortable success at Chepstow but he's been handed a 13lb rise for winning a weak race and there must be a chance that the handicapper could have the upper hand. Callerlilly has only gone up by 8lbs for her win at Chepstow and looks an improved performer this season so must be feared whilst the likes of Quickbeam, Pancake and Amore Mio would be dangerous if able to recapture their best form. Fruity O'Rooney and Magnifico are others that have the ability to take a hand but Coda Agency is taken to make the most of the weight that he receives.
