        Verdict

        A few of these are unexposed but the majority need to improve markedly on their efforts so far to take a hand in the finish. Dovil's Duel had course and distance winner Oxlip back in fourth when getting off the mark in a nursery at Nottingham but Richard Hannon's filly may have a chance of getting closer on 5lb better terms. Vallila is poorly drawn and Zafraaj hasn't fared much better but was only beaten a nose at Chepstow last month and Vodka Chaser ran well over this trip at Deauville. We'll give a final chance to QUEEN OF THE TARTS, who has been dropped a further pound since a close-up fourth at Chepstow and deserves a change of luck. Captain Ryan, another consistent sort, may be best of the rest.
