In depth

Verdict

American Life is having a first run since June but has dropped to a fair mark. However, BONZA GIRL and 7lb claimer Rex Dingle have rattled up a hat-trick this season and the partnership always had matters well in hand at Fontwell on Boxing Day so it’s feasible that the mare will be able to defy her penalty. Agincourt Reef is running well and should be in the firing-line again while Big Man Clarence was second on his handicap debut at Ascot when upped in trip. Don't Tell George could figure if a wind operation has had the desired effect and Flynnvincible is fitted with cheekpieces after pulling up at Uttoxeter. Court Master remains unexposed and Diger Daudaie could boost his Newcastle run earlier on the card.
