Victor's Bet had a run under his belt before landing a division of last year’s renewal but is back on a winning mark. Zoffany Bay went close over 1m2f last time and has every chance if staying this longer trip but Pivotal Flame is another with something to prove regarding stamina having landed a double over 1m2f here earlier this year. Widnes failed to get a clear run at Wolverhampton last time and was beaten only a neck over track and trip before that but INTERMODAL is preferred. The latter faced a stiff task in Class 4 company at Kempton recently and may well take advantage of a slide down the weights in this lower grade.
