Verdict

CARMELA SOPRANO won one of these events at Chelmsford to finally open her account and is one of only a few that make any appeal. Harbour Project and Jeremiah Johnson have yet to win anywhere but the former finished ahead of the latter when third over track and trip back in January and has gone close again at Kempton subsequently. Broughtons Compass won over a mile earlier while Miss Elsa was still well beaten when third here recently.
