R'evelyn Pleasure managed to win a maiden hurdle but looks like proving much better over fences judging by his victory at Clonmel where he was always travelling like a winner. REDHOTFILLYPEPPERS, a winning point-to-pointer, bumper and hurdler, has come up against some smart opposition over timber and looks to have been found a nice opportunity to make a successful debut over fences. Celtic Rising also won between the flags and beat a huge field in a Down Royal maiden hurdle in January before running well in Listed company. He has a long absence to overcome but his stable is in form and he looks a chasing type. Allee Bleue, four times a winner over hurdles in the UK, made his debut for Gordon Elliott in a handicap chase at Navan last week but his saddle slipped and he had to be pulled up.
