Verdict

DOMESDAY BOOK made a promising start over fences when third in heavy going at Navan on his reappearance. He should be sharper for that and the experience will stand him in good stead up against chasing newcomer Rolly Baby. The latter ended last season with a win over timber at Thurles in March and is rated higher over hurdles than course winner Run For Firth. Chatham House Rule was clear of the field with only four obstacles left at Punchestown on his chasing bow but unseated after a blunder and can figure with a clear round ahead of A Grey Matter.
