Willie Mullins had a host of original entries and relies on MONTALBANO, a dual winner on the Flat in France and runner-up on his only start over hurdles in a Listed contest at Auteuil. The form of that race has sent out mixed messages but he's likely to have made good progress and can make a successful debut for new connections. Black Key, a winner on the level for Hughie Morrison, attempted to make all in a huge field at Navan on his first start over hurdles and though finding little from the second last will have come on for the experience. Winning point-to-pointer Ask Nile has run very well in both starts over timber and wasn't beaten far in a strong maiden at Punchestown last time with Youcannotbeserious behind while Cresus De Grissay also did well when a close third in a decent contest at Wexford and looks a nice prospect.
