This looks a very strong maiden but last year's champion bumper SILVER CONCORDE has been proving himself under Flat rules with a victory in the November Handicap here in October a recent highlight. He couldn't cope with the likes of Nichols Canyon and his stablemate Windsor Park in a Grade 1 over hurdles here in February but is expected to take high order this campaign and will be ready for this. Macbride completed a hat-trick of bumper victories last year and though a bit disappointing in his two starts over timber there looks to be more in the tank. Barry Geraghty picks him over stablemate Captain Barbossa, a dual bumper winner who makes his debut over timber. Supasundae also won two bumpers before failing in the very highest class and made a highly satisfactory start over timber behind Stone Hard at Gowran so won't be long losing his maiden tag.
