Verdict

Willie Mullins has won the last three and has a trio of entries this time. Net D'Ecosse is something of an unknown having had just two runs in France but the form of his third place at Auteuil in September has been boosted by victories from the runner-up and fourth. Outlander looked like beating Martello Tower when the pair met in a Limerick Grade 3 over three miles but just got outstayed in the closing stages so this shorter trip should be to his advantage. Killultagh Vic is Ruby's choice and he reverts to this trip after failing to hold the classy L'Ami Serge over the minimum at Ascot. Windsor Park has now won his last five races and though he's beaten little of real note he does just enough and the step up in grade shouldn't trouble him. The 5lb he receives from NO MORE HEROES is a bonus but Gordon Elliott's charge has to be the selection after his battling victory over the odds-on Shaneshill at Navan - he can enhance his growing reputation.
