Palmetto Dunes showed potential in his first campaign and will have needed his run at Dundalk in May so with Galway on the horizon expect a much better show. SCHUBERT has been a short-priced beaten favourite in his last five starts so doesn't look one to put the mortgage on but he didn't quite last home over a mile last time and his overall form suggests this could be his day. Midnight Crossing has run in better company and was expected to score over a mile here last time but didn't perform well. The very fast ground may have been responsible and she can do better in first-time blinkers. Time To Reason and Spirit Be With You looks best of the remainder in a race that shouldn't take much winning.
