Verdict

It generally takes a very smart performer to win this and Aidan O'Brien has won five of the last eight. CHURCHILL represents the yard this time around and the Chesham Stakes winner looked to have a bit in hand at Ascot and can continue the stable's success in the event. Alexios Komnenos was a 50/1 chance on his debut at the Curragh but defied the odds to run out an impressive winner. The form has worked out well and Tommy Stack's charge should go well. Currency Converter looked a very smart prospect when landing what looked a strong maiden here last month and can only get better while King Electric completed a double before a fair run in a Group 2 at the Curragh and tonight's extra furlong should be in his favour.
