Universal Focus is on the same mark as when successful in a Cork handicap in September and though absent subsequently has won after a break in the past. High Lake is still a maiden and may need further while Melliferous makes a quick reappearance after a moderate effort at Roscommon on Tuesday. NEVER MISTABEAT has won twice at Dundalk this year and ran better than his finishing position suggests there last time. He's 4lb lower back on Turf and will have to travel the scenic route from his wide berth but gets the nod. The lightly-raced Shore found a mile too short at Dundalk and could be on a fair mark while Dammit was headed right on the line over this trip there last month and there's every reason to suggest he can make further progress.
