      Verdict

A large field goes to post for this claimer but open claimer inspection not many can be given a serious chance of winning and the main protagonists look to be Stevedore, Lyrical Girl, Elsinora and Shinko Femme and the tentative vote goes to Stevedore. The selection was a fair fourth behind Come What July last time out that form has since been franked and with conditions in his favour he is taken to score. Lyrical Girl rates the main danger she finished in mid-division in a much better race behind Donastrela last time and will find the drop into claiming company much easier. Elsinora is another that could go well but she was well beaten in a seller last time and for that reason she is passed over on this occasion. Of the remainder. Shinko Femme is another dropping in grade but his best form is with more cut in the ground and for the winner we return to Stevedore.
