Verdict

Stocks 'n Shares can defy topweight at the expense of Six Pack and Rudetski in race two on the card. Stock 'n Shares tried in vain to shoulder a six-pound penalty to success at Huntingdon, finding Madge Carroll too good, but showed her worth when scoring at Hereford the time before. She is on good terms with herself and is worth supporting to get back to winning ways. Six Pack caught a tartar over the course and distance last time when trounced by Lord Halfnothin, but this Flat-bred faces an easier task here and can give the selection most to do. Rudetski is learning all the time but does not make as much appeal on the evidence so far, with Stocks 'n Shares the one to be on.
