    Verdict

This appears to be a two horse race with Duncliffe and Tana River set to fight out the finish, the last named just gets the verdict, Lubinas should prove best of the remainder. The selection jumped superbly at Fontwell last time when easily accounting for Liverpool Echo. It wasn't the strongest of events but he was only having his second outing in almost two years and this former decent hurdler should be open to plenty of improvement. Duncliffe is chasing a hat-trick following victories in good company at Taunton and Kempton, he will be a tough nut to crack with trip and ground in his favour. Lubinas finished an excellent second behind Flight Command at Bangor last month and a repetition of that effort should see him involved in the finish. The others make little appeal and so it should rest between the two market rivals and Tana River may just have the edge.
