Verdict

Society Venue, Evening Sunset and Sceilin should all go well in an open race but LYRA'S DAEMON may be able to come out on top. Willie Muir's filly hasn't been seen since finishing well held at Sandown behind handicap good thing Leocorno in May but she may be able to resume her upward curve on what is just her fifth career start. She has tried to make all in her races which won't be easy in this line-up but the form of her maiden win has worked out well enough. Society Venue could provide competition for the lead and comes into the race on the back of a good run at Hamilton. He's gone close from similar marks this season but may just be high enough in the weights. Sceilin has enjoyed a profitable campaign and rates a solid chance whilst Muftarres and Spring Secret have a little to prove over this trip and their stamina should be tested to the limit as this is likely to be run at a decent clip. King Of The Moors has no problems on that score but his recent wins have come in claiming company and more of a threat could be posed by Evening Sunset who is fairly treated and at the top of her game. The booking of Ryan Moore takes the eye too but Lyra's Daemon is preferred.
