Though well beaten in this grade at Fakenham latest, the veteran Tiquer still isn’t badly treated on his best form. MAGIC DANCER has done most of his racing over 2m but is still relatively unexposed over fences and should stay this trip as long as the ground doesn’t deteriorate. With the weights compacted, Kerry Lee’s charge can outgun October’s Carlisle winner Kilbrook, though the latter obviously goes well fresh. One Forty Seven, a winner at Stratford in October, can also play a part while something may have been amiss with Crealion at Wincanton last month. Reve has won twice over fences but needs further.
