CHESHIRE PRINCE can take this event at the expense of It's A Date and Dr Livingstone. This horse appeared to thrive upon his work when trained by Mark Brisbourne and he displayed plenty of resolution when taking an event at Huntingdon for new connections. It's A Date is to be respected from Alan King's yard. A useful middle distance sort on the flat, he failed to land a tilt at the ring at Uttoxeter. Dr Livingstone is sure to have been well schooled. A winner on soft going on the level; he rated in the high 80's. Champtho won a weak event at Plumpton in good style and is worthy of his chance in this better race. Pearlysteps drops in trip having tried his luck over further. His second in a bumper behind Red Harbour at Ascot is smart form. Future Vision was strongly fancied for a Uttoxeter bumper so must have shown something at home. El Distintivo was quietly backed on debut and there may be more to come from Venetia Williams' representative. Sacrilege faces no easy task in conceding penalties and the blinkers have been reached for after the cheekpieces have been utilised. Cheshire Prince might have a few questions to answer in relation to the going but his resolve could be enough to get him by.
