In depth

Verdict

A competitive opener gets proceedings underway and many look to have chances but the principals look to be Noble Request, Arrayou and Fleetfoot Mac and the vote goes to Noble Request. The selection finished in mid-division in a much better race than this behind Cerium at Kempton last time and he need only run up to that mark to win this much easier affair. Arrayou rates the main danger on his latest fourth Tizi Ouzou but he gave the impression he would be suited by further on that occasion and for that reason he is opposed. Fleetwood Mac showed improved form to be fourth behind Moon Catcher last time but this stiff track is not sure to play to his strengths and he is over looked here. Coach Lane was a fair fifth on his debut behind Yankeedoodledandy last time and he looks sure to improve so he has definite place claims. Of the remainder Harrycat is a flat winner from a shrewd yard and should be noted in the market but for the winner we return to Noble Request.
