      Verdict

USA finished runner-up in this in 2012, won it a year later and was fourth last year. He hasn't been in the best of form over fences recently but obviously enjoys the sea air and can gain his second victory on sand. Talented Kid has done most of his racing in the UK and scored at Windsor for Mark Johnston but hasn't been seen since his first start for new connections in December. Lord Jim's only victory was in 2012 and he hasn't been seen since last summer but Our Max returns to the scene of his only victory to date in a maiden at this fixture a year ago.
