Verdict

AINAMA, rated 135 over hurdles, has come up against strong opposition in his two starts over fences and will be unfortunate to come up against one as good as either Mossey Joe or St Devote here. Our Gar wasn't far behind him over timber and, though a beaten favourite on three occasions over fences, has done well and is a definite threat. Derinlaur was behind the selection at Tipperary in June and would need to improve but Original Option has been going very well over timber and, as a half-brother to a winning point-to-pointer, should be at home over the bigger obstacles.
