Verdict

Darver Star won easily at Downpatrick on his reappearance only to be raised 14lb by the handicapper. Stablemate Ejayteekay is preferred while a third Cromwell runner in Duchess Ravenwaves scored on the Flat recently. Misty Millie won over hurdles at Kilbeggan in between poor efforts on the level but CONRON was placed on the Flat at Galway last month having run well for second at Punchestown when last competing over hurdles. Jessica Harrington’s charge may prove good enough in this ahead of Like An Open Book but Trainwreck is 8lb higher than his last success over hurdles and Tombstone failed to run up his mark at Kilbeggan last time.
