Verdict

AUGUSTA GOLD has a penalty for an impressive bumper victory at Tramore last month where she was very well supported. She can take care of the other penalised winner, Sapphire Lady, who has been well beaten in bumpers since making a successful debut a year ago. Those with experience over timber have shown very little though Queen Khaleesi has been running reasonably in handicaps and looks booked for a place. Citizen Al didn't run badly at Limerick and may prove best of the remainder.
