Alamein beat Dicosimo over eight lengths when winning at Fairyhouse in February but has been struggling of late. The latter has subsequently won at Thurles while Potters Point finished ahead of the stablemates Landofhopeandglory and Aspen Colorado when third at Roscommon and also has a shout. Static Jack has a bit to find on these terms but arrives in decent form having placed since winning at Cork in April while BLACK WARRIOR has made the frame in both starts over fences so far. He has every chance at the weights on his current mark over hurdles and gets the nod.
