In depth

Verdict

A moderate handicap but BINOWAGH BAY ran so well behind Jo Go on her first start over this trip at Clonmel that she wouldn't need to do more to defy a 5lb rise. Winning point-to-pointer Indian Temple has been racing over trips too short while Easter Spirit, who has shown some promise on occasions, is having his first run beyond two miles. Augher Castle could provide the main threat as he followed a narrow defeat at Fairyhouse in November with a reasonable run at Punchestown in February and should have more to offer. Megan's Vic, who stays the trip and won't mind the ground, looks best of the remainder.
