Verdict

Abarta completed a double in September and was still there with a chance when unseating his rider at Thurles in November. Down Under is the only one of these to have won on the track and he'll appreciate the better ground but Thelobstercatcher does best when there is plenty of give. Thekingofconnemara would have a chance on his close second at Fairyhouse in January and didn't get a stiff enough test when strongly fancied at Cork last month. Court Frontier is a smart hunter but he hasn't replicated his form over regulation fences so this should boil down to whether SOME DRAMA stays the trip. He hasn't been beaten far over slightly shorter and proved himself in outstanding form with a facile victory over 2m3f at Limerick last week.
