Verdict

The veteran Bective Cave has won five times over timber including three times last year but has never been anywhere near this mark in a long career. Feel Des Mottes didn't make the expected progress after landing a Killarney maiden though last week's run on the Flat will have blown the cobwebs off while Mr Moondance led for a long way in the race won by Moonball here last month and the winner runs in the previous race. Ashton Court ran consistently in three starts for Shark Hanlon last summer but it's about time IAMASTARTOO was losing her maiden tag. Noel Meade's mare was having her 21st career start when caught in the closing stages here last month and can go one better despite a 2lb rise.
