In depth

Verdict

HATEYA just failed to catch the winner at Brighton on her debut. But she finished ahead of Fusion Central and can go one better in this. Lady Alavesa was runner-up in soft ground at Leicester last week while Hello Girl wasn’t beaten that far when only sixth over track and trip on her introduction. Jonnysimpson showed early pace on her debut while Headline Act is preferred to stablemate Mrs Teasdale and Show Of Force of the newcomers.
