      Verdict

Llab Nala is selected ahead of Kamal and Too Grand. A regular over seven furlongs in plating levels, he isn't the best horse to have ever strode out from Mick Channon's yard but this isn't the strongest of races. Kamal has won over the trip and has made a habit of finishing close up since. Connections should have few complaints about the draw. Too Grand has obvious claims if reproducing some of her better seven furlong form though she will need luck in running to win this. Snow Bounty has beaten Llab Nala in claiming company for Jamie Osborne but was well turned over in a handicap next time out. Darley stud castoff Herbee has given glimmers of ability in the past and cannot be totally written off at bigger prices. Miss Tilen has an interesting jockey booking with William Buick doing the steering. A trappy affair and Llab Nala looks to have the most obvious claims in the race.
