Verdict

Evergreen Forest reversed earlier running with today's rival Asia Minor when scoring over track and trip last time. Both look likely to have a say in this while Activate's recent efforts in plating races behind the much higher rated Stand Guard give him a chance. Wom was winning for the first time on the Flat when successful at Lingfield last month and is up 5lb for his trouble while Thereabouts continues to live up to his name and finished fourth at Wolverhampton last week. MAISON BRILLET ended a long losing run at Lingfield on his latest start and remains on a decent mark compared to his best efforts. Clive Cox's charge is fancied to go in again now he's rediscovered his form.
