    Verdict

This looks to be a two horse race with the TEAMtalk nod going to Rooster Booster who has shown himself to be effective around this distance and will relish the softish surface. He has shown in the past that he runs well fresh and he will be hard to beat. His main market rival looks to be Mr Cool who spent most of last season jumping over the larger obstacles. His one outing over hurdles saw him turn in a below par effort. Ben Ewar has ability but he will need to step up on previous efforts to play a role here. Mandoob is another who needs to show improvement to figure while Look Sharp's chance will be reflected in the market.
