Grandest improved for the step up to 1m2f on his latest start but that was over a year ago now and ANYA makes more appeal. She went close over course and distance last month and this looks no tougher. Strong Steps ran well over a longer trip last time and won his maiden over a mile at Chelmsford in April while First Experience found only one too good at the same track recently. Lear's Rock drops back down in class and makes more appeal than 7f winner Medicean Bliss.
