Verdict

This is another competitive handicap and from a shortlist of Arabian Spirit, Titan Triumph and IRONY we will side with the latter. The selection has a decent draw and Andrew Balding's 9-year-old has twice previously won at this venue. He should run his race here and at the forecast odds he could prove to be the value call. Titan Triumph has a good draw and he wasn't disgraced last time over this course and distance. He remains on a decent mark and he can go well. Arabian Spirit is another that has been knocking at the door of late but there is a question mark over the trip and he has the worst of the draw so we are happy to swerve him today. Summerstrand is another who has not been done any favours by the draw, but this filly is unexposed and she is worth noting in the market. A tough race for punters to call, but we will side with Irony as the pick.
