      Verdict

Barathea Dreams can prove himself capable under top weight and land this modest prize; Firesong the Logsdail are also very much respected with their claims, while support for Primo Gold would be foolhardy to ignore in a race like this. Primo Gold - a half-brother to winning miler on the Flat Maunby Rocker - gets in here off a featherweight rating of 58 and could easily make a mockery of that assessment. The market will be a solid gauge as to how high the stable's expectations are for his seasonal debut. Logsdail is yet to win on the All Weather but does handle this surface well enough to be considered a threat. Ryan Moore knows him well and a bold attempt looks to be on the cards. Firesong is yet to really set the world alight and has been hiding his abilities under a bushel. His best efforts have been over this trip; so he cannot be ruled out of making the frame. However, Barathea Dreams has a more solid profile and he rates a good value to live up to his credentials as the top rated horse in the race.
