Be Royale is raised in class after scoring over track and trip while New Leaf failed to cope with a 4lb rise last time having landed a double over 6f here before that. But PACTOLUS returned to winning ways at Lingfield last month and there looks more to come from Stuart Williams' charge. He makes more appeal than Drive On, who won here in January and should be up to reversing subsequent running with Pretty Bubbles on better terms. Light From Mars and Brave Echo are regularly placed in this grade and Tagula Night is not out of this on his return to action.
