Verdict

Easily the best race of the meeting and three of these look to have leading claims. A progressive three-year-old, Kakatosi has struggled off his handicap mark this season but would have an excellent chance on today's terms if fully tuned-up after lay-off. Primaeval has held his form well with placed efforts on the turf since scoring over a mile here in August, but it's hard not to have been impressed by the manner of CITRUS STAR's victory at Lingfield last month and Chris Wall's charge looks the one to beat now back to his best. Bravo Echo has been way below par of late and Treadwell makes his belated seasonal debut.
